Brooke Raphael

Partner and Chief Operating Officer

Brooke Raphael is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Avicella Capital.  She has 20 years experience in pharmaceutical development with deep understanding of clinical development, commercialization, manufacturing, business development, M&A, and rich knowledge of immunotherapies, biologics, cell therapy, and targeted agents.

Ms. Raphael previously was the VP of Strategy & Operations at Promontory Therapeutics and has held various leadership roles in commercial, business development, and clinical development positions at Celgene (acquired by BMS) and at Intercept Pharmaceuticals.  She received her MBA and Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University.
